STATEMENT
'The inspiration for my work comes from modern culture and our unique relationship with water. The organic forms within the work appear to take on a life of their own, seemingly providing the viewer with perceptions of shelter, protection and energy. Subtle messages of hope and well-being are portrayed, seeking to redefine a subject matter that plays a vital role in life itself. Clean lines and translucent layers of colour invite the viewer to be absorbed by and connect with the work, in doing so to also complete it.'
